One-on-One Coaching is a 6-month journey. It is focused on healing the disconnect within you, that can cause stress, fear, worry, depression or even anger.
We start with your 6-month goal.
First, we work on releasing what is hindering you from being the version that you desire to be.
Second, we will connect with all the inner resources within you that make you be, do, and have whatever you desire. These are interpersonal skills that get masked by childhood trauma.
Third, we work on mastering your creative power--this is the part where you will start experiencing self-mastery.

Unresolved trauma in our nervous system seeks control in the environment to create safety. Once the trauma energy is released then safety does not come from seeking control.
Develop healthy emotional processing skills so you can stop relying on outside sources that create an energetic imbalance and emotional imbalance in your body.

When it is hard to trust others, it comes from a lack of trusting yourself. Whenever we give priority to others' needs above yours, it impacts our trust with ourselves.
Nurturing yourself creates an energetic balance in your body to live an energetic fulfilling life. When you are not used to putting yourself first then self-care becomes a chore and not a joy.

Because the tough doesn’t happen only on the days we have calls and you shouldn’t have to wait for answers. This is hot-button work and I will be there to support you through all phases of it.
Sit in meetings and share your ideas without hesitation, without wondering what they are thinking or are going to say.
