I don’t teach women how to fix themselves.
I guide them back to the center they lost when life required them to brace.
There was a time, I could not find my center, and my own heart was not leading.
My marriage was falling apart.
My inner ground disappeared.
And staying alive required deliberate choice.
What followed was not a neat healing journey.
I gathered knowledge.
I trained extensively.
And still—something essential was missing.
I had insight, but no inner center.
In 2019, I encountered the Heart—not as a metaphor,
but as a living intelligence.
From that moment, clarity became embodied.
Presence became possible in moments I once escaped.
Life tested this immediately.
Through sustained loss and grief, I learned to remain
not by numbing
not by collapsing
but by inhabiting the heart as a place to live from.
That initiation changed everything.
The Heart became a refuge, a compass, a skill, a center.
Not something accessed in peace, but something lived in pain.
Today, this is the work I share.
Not motivation.
Not theory.
Initiation into heart sovereignty.
