Like many teenagers, I struggled with extremely negative thoughts. But my negative thoughts kicked into high gear by the time I hit my 20s. Negative thoughts with combination of life struggles, I'd had enough and I wanted off this journey. 

Standing with pills in hand, ready to make it happen, a light bulb went off. 

And I knew I needed to get SERIOUS HELP. 

That was the beginning of my self-love journey. Since then, I've made it my mission to help others find their true self in the pile of expectations, and childhood conditioning. 

It is a common assumption that you love yourself. But the negative thoughts are constantly polluting your energy body, and no room for true love to grow.

I focus on clearing your energy body weekly, along with helping you heal those wounds that are creating those thoughts of worry, fear, anxiety, resentment, anger, and self-loathing. 

As a result, you do not just feel empowered in your thoughts and emotions but you feel very light in your body and more energized even without the espresso shot. 

And did I mention you radiate love, UNCONDITIONAL LOVE.
